When you request an offer we will call you to learn more about your property. After the call we can give you an expected sale range - this range is usually within within 50,000 and the expected sale price is somewhere in the middle.

After we visit your home and get more details in person, we send you our final offer the following day. The final offer includes our expected sale price as a single figure, not a range,  and the guaranteed amount we can give you on day 90.
