This advance is paid in the form of a loan. You'll never pay interest on it and the loan is repaid in full when your home sells. 

If we sell for less than the advance, the loan is still repaid in full and you won't need to pay any extra. If we sell above the advance, you receive the full sale price minus our fees.

If your property sells without you drawing the advance, then you will receive the full sale amount (minus our fees) like a normal house sale.
