There are a few basic legal requirements to receive an advance, including:

  1. You must own the property and have the legal right to sell it.
  2. There are no structural issues that may affect its value.
  3. For leasehold properties, that it has at least 83 years on the lease.
  4. You are happy to use solicitors from our panel (we receive no reward for this, it's simply to ensure quality of service and speed of response).
