As a general rule, we require you to use a solicitor from the Nested panel for the conveyancing process. They are reasonably priced and we get no financial incentive from recommending them.
In order for us to confirm your advance and list your home online, certain legal work needs to be done first. Our legal partners are best placed to do this for you, as they have experience working with our model.
If there is a special reason why you need to use your own chosen legal partner, we would consider this and work with you if possible. For example, if your chain has collapsed and your solicitor had already got to the point of exchange, we may be flexible.
