We have 3 stages to valuing your home.
You can start by getting a Nestimate on our website. This uses in-house technology built by our data team. We show you a broad range based on what we know about your home and how that compares to sold homes. We use pricing information on properties which have recently sold in your area, other properties on the market and the current market conditions.
The next stage is the Indicative Valuation which is when our team will speak to you on the phone, understand more about your home and come up with a more accurate range for the expected sale price.
The Final Valuation is when we come to meet you in person and see the property. After this stage we'll have an exact number we expect to sell the home for and we'll provide you with our Final Offer which includes the expected sale price and your Guaranteed amount.
Our valuations are based on data, and we share everything you with so you can see how your home compares to others in your area and how we reached the valuation. We always do our best to get you the most accurate and honest valuation and are not affected by individual/personal circumstances or how soon you need your advance. We'll never "low-ball" you.
