On average we charge 3% (incl. VAT), but the fees depend on your property and area, which can range between 2.4-3.6%. 


To make sure we're aligned to getting you the best price, half of our fee is based on our performance. If we don't manage to achieve our expected sale price, then we don't think you should pay full fees. Basically, this means our fees depend on how good a job we do. 


By comparison, a premium agent like Foxtons will charge 3% without giving you any certainty over how much you will sell for or by when. Alternatively, low cost online providers offer a lower fixed fee model for marketing your property (with a number of optional extras you can pay more for) but at the risk of achieving a lower sale price or taking longer to sell.
