Things can change quickly and you might find yourself in a position where you no longer want to sell. In that situation, we will allow you to cancel the agreement, provided a buyer hasn’t already exchanged on your property. We will simply require you to reimburse any costs incurred up to a maximum of £2,000 (likely to be considerably lower).
