There are a few basic legal requirements. First, you must own the property and have the legal right to sell it. Second, there are no structural issues that may affect it's value. Third, for leasehold properties, that it has at least 83 years on the lease. Fourth, you are happy to use solicitors from our panel (we receive no recompense for this, it's simply to ensure quality of service and speed of response).
