Nested has the right to accept offers on the property with three important caveats. 

  1. First, no matter what, the minimum you will receive is the guarantee price minus our fees. 
  2. Second, half of our fees come from selling for above the guarantee so we are heavily incentivised to get you the best price. We'll only accept an offer if we think it's the best we're going to get. 
  3. Third, if you no longer wish to sell with Nested, for example if you are unhappy with a proposed purchase, you can cancel the contract at any time. So far, no one has ever left Nested after deciding to sell with us. Not many estate agents can say that.
