Nested has the right to accept offers on the property with three important caveats. First, no matter what, the minimum you will receive is the guarantee price minus our fees. Second, a large proportion of our fees (typically 1/3) come from selling for above the guarantee so we are heavily incentivised to get you the best price. Third, if you no longer wish to sell with Nested, for example if you are unhappy with a proposed purchase, you can cancel the contract at any time in exchange for covering our costs to that point (up to a maximum of £2,000).
